Prophetic Voice Title: Why Does Satan Tempt Us?
Satan tempts us because he could. We have the choice to listen or not listen to that clamor loud voice or listen to the small still voice of God. God is not loud. God does not tempt us. He only wants the best for us. Satan will tell you different.
SAINTS: Time is getting close for Jesus return. Now is the time to be in the Word. The Word will never stir us wrong.
“My Dear Children, why do you look confuse? Do you look confuse because a spirit that is trying to attach itself to you, saying ‘It’s okay to do what you want, God understands?’ That is what you call temptation. Temptation to do wrong will never come from Me. Don’t you realize Satan’s time is running out? Therefore, he will do everything in his power to turn you against Me. He will entice you. Remember, what he said to Eden in the Garden? He said, ‘It is okay to eat the fruit from the tree.’ I forbid her and Adam to eat from the tree. Satan who came as a serpent said: ‘It is okay, you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.’ Satan is telling you that you are my equal. In other words, he is saying do what you want because you are God’s equal. When did you hear Me say that? I made you in My image, I created you. I give you wisdom, knowledge and discernment. But I also expect you to confide in Me, to Speak to Me, to have Me guide and mold you. I expect you to ask Me for direction in your life, so you would not fall into temptation of the Pagan world. The choice is yours; follow temptation that leads to destruction or follow Me that leads you to eternity with Me, says the Lord.”
Genesis 3:1-6 “The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the Lord God had made. One day he asked the woman, ‘Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?’ ‘Of course we may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,’ the woman replied. It’s only the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden that we are not allowed to eat. God said, ‘You must not eat it or even touch it; if you do you will die.’ You won’t die the serpent replied to the woman. God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.”
1 Corinthians 10:13 “The temptations in your life are no different what others experience. And God is faithful, He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, He will show you a way out so that you can endure.”
2 Timothy 2:22 “Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts.”
