Prophetic Voice Title: Is God Your Last Resort?
There are people that claim to be Christians, yet they confide first to their close friend, when their friend cannot help them, they’ll turn to a family member; if that does not work; finally, they’ll turn to God. If you look back before you became a Christian, you will realize you have done that also. Sad to say, I come across people that claim to be a Christian, and yet they feel that God cannot handle their problem because they do not want to bother God. What! God wants us to come to Him all the time. He delights in us. There is nothing too small or too big for God to handle.
SAINTS: Let God be your number one friend. God will never let you down.
“My Dear Children why do you have Me on the back burner? Do you use Me for last resort? I see your bible on the table. The bible is close. I see dust all over the cover of the bible. Is it about time to dust off the bible and start reading words of encouragement that is written in the bible? Many of you are Lazy! Lazy to the point, that you rather call a friend to speak to rather then Me. You feel I would not understand, or you are embarrassed about your situation. Some of you feel since you cannot see Me physically you don’t want to take the time to confide in Me. Some feel if I cannot speak to you on a one and one basis; it’s not worth-it! You can speak to Me on a one and one basis. Did you forget that the holy spirit lives inside you? By the way, if the holy spirit lives inside you that means you can have a one on one conversation with Me. There are many that walk away from Me because they feel I don’t understand, or because they cannot see Me physically, or because they have to wait for an answer from Me. That is the problem! Waiting! You feel you don’t have time to wait. I am the one that can bring a servant of mine to you. A true servant of mine can guide you. Many of My children came to Me because I brought to them a servant that led them to their salvation. Remember: I waited on you before you surrounded all to Me, says the Lord.”
Judges 6:1-2 “The Israelites did evil in the Lord’s sight. So the Lord handed them over to the Midianites for seven years. The Midianites were so cruel that the Israelites made hiding places for themselves in the mountains, caves, and strongholds.”
Judges 10:15-16 “The Israelites pleaded with the Lord and said, we have sinned. Punish us as you see fit, only rescue us today from our enemies. Then the Israelites put aside their foreign gods and served the Lord. And He was grieved by their misery.”
1 Samuel 8:4-9 “Finally, all the elders of Israel met in Ramah to discuss the matter with Samuel. Look, they told him, you are now old, and your sons are not like you. Give us a king to judge us like all the other nations have. Samuel was displeased with their request and went to the Lord for guidance. Do everything they say to you, the Lord replied, for it is Me they are rejecting, not you. They do not want Me to be their king any longer. Ever since I brought them from Egypt they have continually abandoned Me and followed other gods. And now they are giving you the same treatment. Do as they ask, but solemnly warn them about the way a king will reign over them.”
John 12:44-50 “If you trust Me, you are trusting not only Me, but also God who sent Me. But when you see Me, you are seeing the one who sent Me. I have come as a light to shine in this dark world, so that all who put their trust in Me will no longer remain in the dark. I will not judge those who hear Me but don’t obey Me, for I have come to save the world and not to judge it. But all who reject Me and My message will be judged on the day of judgment by the truth I have spoken. I don’t speak on My own authority. The Father who sent Me has commanded Me what to say and how to say it. And I know His commands lead to eternal life; so I say whatever the Father tells Me to say.”
Proverbs 18:24 “There are friends that destroy each other, but a real friend sticks closer than a brother.”
