Prophetic Voice Title: The Tongue
The tongue is like a flame of fire. It could comfort and it could destroy life, if you have not mastered self-control what you say.
SAINTS: It is easy when you are angry to let self, control you. It is so important to think before you talk. Always seek God’s guidance. Remember: We should be a shining light to others.
“My Dear Children what happened to self-control? Did it fly out the window? Do you feel it is okay to shame and insult others because you are angry? Does it accomplish anything? Of cause not! Whoever told you that it is easy to follow Me? No one did! I did say, ‘When I am resurrected with the Father the Holy Spirit will indwell in you.’ When you ignore the Holy Spirit, then you are open for attack by the enemy. I see everything. I do see innocent people murdered, raped, abused and much more. But if I would destroy the people that get angry and do evil things, there would be no world. Nobody is perfect! Therefore, I show grace. If you cannot control your tongue, after awhile you will walk away from Me. You will cause destruction between your love ones and people who love you. Is that what you want? Look around you what do you see? Do you see how wars started by angry leaders? Instead of compromising, they start shooting at each other and many innocent people are killed. Spouses get angry at each other, tempers flare, before long they are separated. The children suffer. Many of the children grow up and let their tongue get the best of them. It becomes a vicious cycle. A small part of your body the tongue can give life or take life. You have a choice, either control your tongue or pay the consequences that lead to destruction, says the Lord.”
Proverbs 13:3 “Those who control their tongue will have a long life; opening your mouth can ruin everything.”
James 3:2-10 “If we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way. We can make a large horse go wherever we want by means of a small bit in its mouth. And a small rudder makes a huge ship turn wherever the pilot chooses to go, even though the winds are strong. In the same way, the tongue is a small thing that makes good speeches. But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire. And the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself. People can tame all kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and fish, but no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil. Full of deadly poison. Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it curses those who have been made in the image of God. And so, blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right!”
John 14:15-17 “If you love Me, obey My commandments. And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive Him, because it isn’t looking for Him and doesn’t recognize Him. But you know Him, because He lives with you now and later will be in you.”
